NEREA Milano will fully refund or replace any goods purchased if they are found to be faulty, damaged or have caused a skin reaction. For instructions on how to return such products, please read “Returns of Opened Product” below.
DELIVERY TIMES
Contiguous USA: Shipments to the contiguous United States of America, generally, dispatch within 1 to 3 working days of placing your order. Most customers in the contiguous USA will receive items within 3-5 business days, however, remote destinations can take up to 7 business days. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping.
Please Note: Due to a high volume of orders we, regretfully, advise we are unable to offer a gift wrapping service.
International: We do not offer international shipping at this time.
DELIVERY CHARGES
1. FREE USA Shipping – Standard Domestic Shipping on any order over $249.99 USD* within the Contiguous USA. This offer is not cumulative with other discount coupon offers.
2. $12 USD Flat Rate – Standard Domestic Shipping applies to an order less than $250.00 USD* within the Contiguous USA, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands.
*A qualifying order of $250.00 USD is an order that reach $250.00 USD worth of products without including taxes, shipment or other discount coupons.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER ONLINE
Upon shipment of your order, an order number will be emailed to you for reference. You may track the progress of your shipment at any time, via the designated shipping companies’ website tracking facilities.
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY FOR UN-OPENED AND INTACT PRODUCT
If you change your mind about the products you have ordered and decide you no longer wish to use them, your unopened and intact NEREA Milano product(s) purchased via https://nereamilano.com can be returned to us for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
- Products must be unopened and in the original condition
- Products must be sent back within 14 days from original receipt of goods.
- Your proof of purchase / order information must also be included in the return.
Failure to meet with these conditions will result in an exchange or refund being denied.
Refunds will be processed to the same form of payment that you originally provided for your order as soon as possible upon receipt of the returned products. Please note that refunds cannot be processed to expired credit cards.
The total value of the refund will equal the payment made for the goods purchased, excluding freight and any other relevant fees.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON PROMOTION OR AS PART OF A GIFT PACK
If the products you wish to return were purchased at a promotional or special offer price, the credit refund will be no more than the price paid for the products at the time of purchase. All goods must be returned in a new and unused condition within 10 days from the receipt of your order. No refunds or replacements will be given if the carton has been opened and the product has been used, damaged or tampered with. In the case of gift packs or product kits, the entire pack must be returned intact. Individual products will not be refunded.
RETURN SHIP-TO ADDRESSES

RETURNS OF OPENED PRODUCT
Regrettably, we cannot offer a refund or exchange once the product has been opened and used unless the product is faulty or defective, or has caused a skin reaction.
If you believe the product is faulty/defective in any way (color, texture, smell), or if you experience a skin reaction, you may request an exchange of opened product.
In order to arrange the return for a faulty or defective product, please contact our Customer Care Team by emailing info@nereamilano.com. Include in your email your name, invoice number and name of product, along with the reason you believe the product is faulty, photos that document the defect or reaction, and a medical report from a General Practitioner or a Dermatologist that confirm and substantiate the claim. All our products are dermatologically tested on sensitive skins, extensively, before being released for sale on the market and we take this matter very seriously.
Upon receipt of your email, we will email you a return authorization number and inform you where to send the faulty product.
NEREA Milano will exchange a defective product if it is found there was a production error. If it is found that the product is faulty, the product will be replaced (the same size and value of the original product ordered) and the exchange shipping will be paid for by NEREA Milano.
If it is found that the product is NOT faulty, the customer will be charged the shipping fees.
ORDERS DELIVERED BUT LOST OR STOLEN
We take our shipping process very seriously and we always use trusted shipping service providers and tracked shipments. Regrettably we cannot offer reimbursements for order packages that are stolen or lost after they have been successfully delivered. The postal workers in charge of deliveries usually know the best location to deliver a package and will sign a proof of delivery. Please select a safe and convenient shipping address for your NEREA orders and consider opening a post office box if you live in an area where thefts or criminal activities are higher than normal.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES TO ONLINE ORDERS
NEREA Milano will endeavor to arrange the dispatch of your order as soon as we receive it. If you have changed your mind about your order and would like to cancel or change it, please email info@nereamilano.com as soon as possible, including your NEREA order number. If your order has already entered the dispatch process, unfortunately, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
INCORRECT ORDERS
If you have received your order from NEREA Milano and it is incorrect, please email info@nereamilano.com and include your NEREA order number, so that we can arrange to have the correct products sent to you and the incorrect products returned to NEREA.
We will dispatch the correct replacement for any incorrect product within 2 working days of receipt of return of the incorrect products. Your return must be accompanied with a proof of purchase and the products must be returned in a new, unused and re-saleable condition.
We ask our customers to advise us as soon as possible if your order has been delivered damaged or incorrect.
Please note that all claims will be honored at the discretion of NEREA Milano, which reserves the right to refuse to refund or replace any customer claims when returns are excessive and it appears that the policy is being manipulated or abused.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
Occasionally, we experience short periods of stock being unavailable through our website. If one of the items you would like to order is listed as out of stock, please return to our website and place your order at a later date or email us at info@nereamilano.com to inquire about the products availability.

Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any portion of this $50.00, NEREA Milano will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. This liability will be covered when NEREA Milano receives all documentation from a recognized bank confirming that the charges were made from our website and were not authorized by the cardholder.
