How do I make sure an item is available?

Stock availability is regularly updated. If an item is unavailable, it will be indicated on the product page.


How do I apply my promotion code?

To redeem a promotion, simply enter the code you received in the box titled “Offer Code” during the checkout process. Please note only one offer code can be applied per order.


Do you send order confirmations?

Yes, we automatically send you an email confirmation of your order. We will also send you another email to let you know when your order has shipped. If you have not received your confirmation, please double check the email address you provided.


Is my information secure?

How do I check the status of my order?

You can check on the status of your order by clicking on the Order History page in the ‘My Accounts’ section of our online store.


Why is my order delayed?

Orders on are generally processed within 72 hours. If your Order Status indicates that your order has not yet shipped after that time, but the merchandise is in stock, it may mean that we were unable to obtain a successful credit card approval for your purchase. Make sure to input your phone number when placing your order, so that we may reach you to discuss any problems with your order.


Where do I make changes to my account?

To edit your account information, go to the My Account section. After logging in, you will have access to your general account information, address book, wish list, and order history.


How do I change my billing and/or shipping address?

To edit your billing and/or shipping address, follow the directions above in “Where do I make changes to my account?”, and select the “Address Book” section. Once you’re there, you’ll be able to add, edit, or remove addresses used for billing and shipping. Please note, NEREA will not be responsible in the unfortunate event you entered the wrong shipping address. Please review all information carefully before submitting your order.


How much do you charge for shipping?

We charge a flat rate of $12.00 for all our shipments.


Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping with a purchase of $250 worth of merchandise, excluding taxes and coupon discounts.


Do you offer free international shipping?

No, we only offer free shipping within the 50 states of the United States of America and the District of Columbia.


How long does it take for me to receive my order?

We process all our orders between 24 to 72 hours and our mail carriers will take an additional 48 to 72 hours to deliver your package to you.


What is your return policy?

We stand behind the quality of our products. All of our products are made with organic and natural ingredients and they are tested for sensitive skin. We’re confident your skin will love them. However, we do accept returns under certain conditions. Please see our Shipping and Returns policy for more information.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following forms of payment:

What if the product I received looks different than the product I ordered on the site?

We periodically update the packaging of our products, so it’s possible that you may receive a product that looks slightly different from what is depicted on the site. If you still feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact our Customer Service through our Contact Us section.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

Once an order is placed on the website it cannot be canceled or edited. You can promptly contact customer service for assistance on your order. Please note that once the package has been sent customer service will not be able to assist you further.
